Every Ally Bank and Ally Auto customer sets up multi-factor authentication when they create their account or when Ally upgrades their security solutions.
1. When you enroll in online banking services with Ally Bank, you can choose to have a security code sent to you via text message.
2. Once you are an online banking customer, when additional verification is needed, Ally will activate this extra security measure and send a security code to a device that you’ve registered. This is their 2FA protection.
3. When you receive an SMS message from Ally, you can:
Reply HELP for help
Reply STOP to cancel
Text STOP to 25597 to keep from receiving any future security code SMS messages from Ally
