Chase 2FA is automatically enabled. When you attempt to log in to Chase Online using a new device, you will first need to confirm your identity.
1. Log in as you normally would. You will then be prompted to confirm your identity.
2. Choose how you would like to receive the identification code; via phone (text message or voice), email, or you can call to receive it.
3. If you chose text message, check your mobile phone. A text message will arrive with your temporary Identification Code. Once you receive your code, enter it on the login screen with the password you use to log in and click “Next.”
4. You have now logged in to your account safely from a new device.
