How to Turn on 2FA for Pack

The following steps explain how to enable two-factor authentication for your Packet account.

1. Log in to the customer portal at https://app.packet.net

2. Click the “Settings” link in the lower left-hand corner.

3. Once there, click the “Security” tab. 

4. From there, you’ll be given instructions to either setup two-factor authentication using an app on your smartphone or using SMS, whatever your preference!
