Two-step verification is an additional security feature for your Tresorit account that is designed to prevent anyone from accessing your account even if they have the password.
1. Log in to your Tresorit account and click on Visit my account.
2. Click on Devices.
3. Sometimes you will find that your options say Security rather than Devices. If so, click Security to manage your Two-step Verification setup.
3. Click Activate 2-Step Verification and follow the steps.
(Please note that if you are not in a Business Group then first you need to use the Google Authenticator and then you can choose between the different methods).
4. After clicking on Activate 2-Step Verification, set up your mobile phone by entering into the field provided and click Send code. Enter verification code sent via text to your phone into the field provided.
This will link your mobile device to your account, and act as your 2nd factor of authenticating your account.
